I am a Mindset and Mental Health Coach

Supporting those who feel unseen, unheard and unsure about their future.

At the heart of my coaching is a deep commitment to empowering individuals to transform their lives. I specialise in helping clients step out of their comfort zones, overcome challenges, and build meaningful, purpose-driven lives they can be truly proud of. Together, we’ll set achievable goals, celebrate every milestone, and create lasting change in every aspect of your well-being—mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually.

Who do I support with mindset and mental health coaching?

Those living a life that does not feel authentic. Life seems great  from an outside perspective and it looks like you are making all the right moves, but you feel disconnected from your relationships, career, purpose, and passions.

Being the first person in your home or community to want something different and to build a different lifestyle. You are wanting to step out of a comfort zone with little to no guidance.

 

You're wanting to do things that have never been done before and you need help to get started.

You have lived or are currently living a stressful life.

 

You may have experienced burnout and both or one of these experiences have or are causing poor mental health and potentially physical symptoms such as panic attacks and dizzy spells.

How we would work together

I like to work in a collaborative and supportive way, ensuring that those I serve are happy and clear about the approach I am going to take and the outcome of the work I deliver. I focus on three key steps:

Approach

We can schedule a 15 minute call via Google Meet to discuss your challenges and see how I can help. If I can support you, I will send across a pre-questionnaire to help get more detail regarding the change you wish to make.

Align

During our first session we will go through the pre-questionnaire and unpack challenges in more detail.

We will then collaborate and agree goals to focus on over the next few sessions.

Achieve

I will work collaboratively with you for 1 hour per week online via Google Meet to support you with the goals agreed and unpack any obstacles/blocks that are preventing you from moving forward.

  • What is mindset and mental health coaching?
    Mindset and mental health coaching helps individuals develop a positive and resilient mindset, overcome challenges, and achieve personal or professional goals. It focuses on personal growth, emotional well-being, and strategies to improve mental clarity and confidence.
  • How is coaching different from therapy?
    Coaching focuses on personal growth, goal-setting, and practical strategies for improving mindset and behaviour. Therapy, on the other hand, is designed to address past trauma, mental health disorders, and emotional healing. Coaches do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions but can work alongside therapists.
  • How many sessions will I need?
    The number of sessions varies based on your individual goals. Some clients see results in a few sessions, while others prefer ongoing coaching for deeper transformation. Typically, a coaching program lasts between 3 to 6 months. However, there are pay as you go options, if you do not wish to commit to the recommended amount.
  • What can I expect in a coaching session?
    Each session is tailored to your needs, but generally, you can expect discussions about your goals, challenges, mindset shifts, and actionable steps to help you move forward. Sessions may include exercises, reflections, and accountability check-ins.
  • Are sessions in-person or virtual?
    For now, all sessions are online via Google Meet.
  • Do you offer a free consultation?
    Yes, I offer a free 15 minute consultation to assess whether we are a good fit.
  • Is coaching confidential?
    Absolutely. I have a code of ethics document that I always run through in the first 1 hour session to provide reassurance of how I follow ethical guidelines to ensure I am creating a safe space in session and respecting your privacy.
